We are looking for an experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) with strong expertise in real estate finance, project finance, financial strategy, fundraising, and regulatory compliance to lead the organization’s financial function and support long-term business growth.

Key Responsibilities :
Financial Strategy & Leadership
- Develop financial strategies aligned with business goals.
- Advise leadership on investments, risks, and growth.
Financial Planning & Analysis
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial modelling.
- Monitor cash flow, costs, and profitability.
Project Finance & Fundraising
- Manage project funding and financial feasibility.
- Build relationships with banks, NBFCs, and investors.
Treasury & Cash Flow Management
- Oversee treasury, liquidity, and working capital.
- Ensure efficient fund utilization.
Compliance, Taxation & Governance
- Ensure compliance with RERA, GST, Income Tax, and Companies Act.
- Oversee audits, taxation, and financial controls.
Accounting & Reporting
- Oversee accounting and financial reporting.
- Present financial performance to senior leadership.
Team Leadership
- Lead and mentor the finance team.
- Improve financial processes and internal controls.
Key Requirements :
CA / CMA / MBA (Finance) / CFA or equivalent qualification
Strong finance leadership experience, preferably within Real Estate, Property Development, Construction, or Infrastructure.
Strong expertise in Financial Strategy, Project Finance, Fundraising, Treasury, Cash Flow, Working Capital, Budgeting, and Financial Planning.
Strong knowledge of RERA, GST, Income Tax, Companies Act, taxation, statutory compliance, and financial controls.
Experience in managing banking, investor, and other financial stakeholder relationships.
Strong analytical, strategic decision-making, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
